Terms of Service
To ensure a smooth business, it is important that you know and accept the following terms and
conditions. With your order you confirm your agreement. Deviating agreements must be made
already with your order!
1. Order
You can order panflutes from my standard program either in writing (by e-mail or post) or orally
(by an agreed visit or by telephone).
The following information must be included in your order:
- the exact name of the desired flute
- special requests such as reversed construction or special tuning
- the jointly agreed price
- your name
- your complete address
- your phone number
- your email address
2. Manufacturing
The ordered flutes will be produced conscientiously as soon as possible. The manufacture times are
quite different and can be discussed at the current order time.
3. Delivery
You will be informed by me about the completion, and have the opportunity to pick up your flute
(by appointment) in my workshop. Otherwise the dispatch takes place over the DHL. The shipping
costs as well as the possibly resulting customs duties are taken over by the customer, deviating
regulations require the agreement with the order.
4. Payment
4.1. When shipping to already known customers:
The invoice is enclosed with the shipment. You pay immediately, at the latest within two weeks
after receipt of the panflute by bank transfer.
4.2. When shipping to new customers:
Payment is by cash in advance. That means:
- The invoice will be sent to you after completion of the panflute.
- You pay by bank transfer or by arrangement via PayPal.
- The panflute will be shipped immediately after receiving the payment.
4.3. When shipping to a non-EU country
In this case, the amount of VAT can be deducted (current 19%,) from the normal selling price of the
flute, since it is an export. For this the customer has to pay the accruing duty in his home country.
The exact invoice amount and the shipping costs are negotiated when ordering.
Deviating payment agreements necessarily require an exact agreement already at the time of order.
5. Retention of title
All goods delivered by me remain my property until full receipt of your payment.
6. Right of return
Panflutes and other goods made by Ulitza-Panfloetenbau can be returned to me within two weeks of
receipt in perfect condition and conscientiously packaged. Shipping costs and shipping risks are
taken over by you. After this period, there is a purchase obligation.
7. Warranty
Detailed care instructions are included with each flute. You get a two year warranty from the date of
sale of your flute. Damage caused by material or processing errors will be corrected free of charge
within this warranty period. The warranty obligation expires as soon as work is carried out by you
or a third party on the flute, which goes beyond the described care measures or damages caused by
violence and other improper treatment.
